Developing Effective Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

About this Course

Have you at any point of your professional career ever been stumped as to what to do and where to go with an individual or group you need to develop?

Has it ever been difficult developing the skills set of the people within the company in line with corporate objectives and expectations?

Have you asked this question “how do I analyse the specific training needs of these high potentials and transfer them into a training regimen which would benefit them individually and the organisation as a whole?”

As people and organisational developments play more critical roles within organisations today, corporations thus become more reliant on external partners to develop and improve on the soft skills, organisational and management capabilities of their employees across a spectrum of competencies.

An organisation’s ability to accurately assess and identify the cause of the gap between current and desired performance can often make the difference between high and low employee morale; low and high turnover; profit and loss.

This is a highly participative 2-day training program, and will equip participants with the tools required to accurately assess and identify organisational training needs.
