About this Course

This unit covers skills and knowledge required toinduct the new employees into the organisation.The unit includes identifying objectives to bemet, designing the content and materials to beused at the on-boarding programme, consultingwith key stakeholders to obtain approval andevaluating the on-boarding programme.

1. Identify objectives to be met through an on-boarding programme.

2. Design content of on-boarding programme to meet objectives of the onboarding programme.

3. Develop relevant materials to be used for employee on boarding programme.

4. Consult with key stakeholders to obtain approval and buy-in of on-boarding programme design.

5. Evaluate programme feedback to determine improvements to be implemented.
