1. Determine employee health and well-being requirements
- Analyse external trends and developments related to employee health and well-being to contribute to the development of health and well-being programmes
- Consult with stakeholders to identify the health and well-being requirements of employees
- Analyse the identified needs of employees against organisational/operational needs to determine objectives and priorities for the development of programmes
- Communicate and present the objectives of health and well-being programmes to stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support
2. Implement employee health and well-being programmes
- Lead stakeholders in developing action plans for implementing health and well-being programmes
- Ensure that sufficient resources are made available to deliver programmes
- Facilitate the implementation of activities and provide support as required

- Develop processes and systems for gathering measurement data and feedback
