Creating a Winning Business Plan

About this Course

A good business plan is essential to achieve entrepreneurial goals and/or to increase potentials of an existing or new business. A clear and compelling business plan serves as an action plan that guides decisions-making and operations towards achieving its desired financial goals.

A business plan is a written description of a business' future that gives decision-makers a clear roadmap on what they plan to do, and how they plan to do it.
