About this Course

This 1.5 day course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge to innovate while at work. They will learn how to look for opportunities to innovate, to generate fresh new ideas, and to evaluate and implement these ideas that will transform the customer experience. Participants will also learn to cultivate an innovative mind-set and how to apply new skills and behaviours back in the workplace.
