About this Course

On completion of the unit, the learners will be able to evaluate information from various news media to determine relevant issues and trends, assess the impact of global competition through PESTAL analysis, conduct training and development needs analysis and learning style analysis, establish a knowledge management system, analyse, develop and adopt strategies to manage and adapt to change, strategies to manage and assess organizational and personal learning issues, synergise and align diverse team towards common goals and objectives and establish a positive learning culture. This course allows learners to better assess and manage self, others and organisation, acquire awareness, accept and understand differences in learning, acquire social competence including respect, inclusiveness and coaching.
