Contribute to the Design and Development of a Productivity Framework

About this Course

On completion of this unit, the learner will be able to contribute effectively to the design and development of a productivity framework, which includes conducting productivity diagnosis and recommending areas for improvement; establishing productivity goals and strategies; contributing to the development of a productivity road map and action plan, productivity measurement system, performance management system and a system to evaluate the effectiveness of the productivity framework.
