Change: Turning Challenges into Opportunities

About this Course

Change is inevitable.  Ironically, people will resist change, even ‘positive’ ones, as it pushes them out of their ‘comfort zone’, thus making change implementation challenging. Yet, if managed properly, the period of change can also be a time of great creativity, resourcefulness and productivity.

To achieve that, we must identify and respond appropriately to emotional reactions, in order to introduce and cope with change effectively.  A robust communication plans will also help us to communicate change, dispel mistrust and gain others’ commitment to specific next steps.

By learning how to motivate self and others, as well as deal with resistance, we can navigate the change journey confidently and create a future full of opportunities for ourselves and others.
