About this Course

The Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) aims to equip employment agents (EAs) with the necessary knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations. This ensures that EAs understand the law and their obligations, thereby raising their professional knowledge and service to their clients.

"CEI for key appointment holders" a course that covers Company Law, Contract Law and key employment laws such as the amended Employment Agencies Act, the Employment Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and the Work Injury Compensation Act

Target Audience: EA Personnel (Key appointment holders are required to attain the "CEI for key appointment holders", regardless whether they perform EA work or not)

Course Duration: 5 days for CEI KAH (40 hours)
