About this Course

Solving tough problems requires the ability to identify the true root of issues, analyse possible causes, create alternative options, determine the most feasible one and implement it. A systematic approach will give you the techniques to resolve the problem in a creative way.

This two-day problem-solving workshop will help participants enhance their skills to find sustainable solutions and learn new ways of problem-solving methods to achieve win-win results for involved parties.
