CBLD Center aims to develop capabilities by supporting competency-based learning and development through events, activities and resources such as: Community of Practice sessions – to promote competency-based training and assessment, sessions are organised to create opportunities for practitioners who are involved in courseware development, training and assessment to share and learn from each other. Industry exposure – individuals that complete their training with the Center will be given the opportunity to practice with the center or its affiliated partners. Training services – providing training to equip individuals with the competencies to do their jobs competently at their workplace and to stay employable. Resource Center – provide a venue where organisations and practitioners can seek subject-matter experts in the area of development and delivery of competency-based training and assessment programmes
