1939 Academy founded by Lucus Wang my started in year 2002 with only the provision of intimate hairdressing classes. In 2007, Lucus started the academy again in Singapore and officially renamed as 1939 Art Academy. 1939 Art Academy is an artistry institution that aims to nurture outstanding talents for the industry, with much emphasis on the aesthetics of a professional image through an all rounded cosmetology education on hairstyling, beauty, make-up and nail-art. The training area involves professional image design, road show, fashion magazine shooting, commercial advertisement and also TV event shows.
