About this Course

COURSE SYNOPSIS

• This course aims to equip cleaning supervisors with skills to meet internal and external customers’ requirements, ensure delivery of quality service, and to monitor and review customer service

This unit covers the knowledge and skills required in:

• Planning to meet internal and external customer requirements;

• Ensuring the delivery of quality service; and

• Monitoring and reviewing customer service.

The course will be conducted in English.

• ES WPLN Level 3

DURATION

• 19.5 hours 

ASSESSMENT

Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by WDA upon passing assessment administered by Ascendo

Consulting.
