About this Course

Course objective: 

• Able to prepare work activities and guard static position 

• Able to handle telephone calls and lost and –found properties 

• Doing patrol premises and making reports and handing over duties. 

Target Audience 

• Security officers (obtain certification under National Skills recognition systems) 

• Individuals who wish to join the security industry 

• Staff working in the private security Agencies 

• Licensees of Private Security Agencies

Entry Requirements:

Assumed skills and Knowledge 

• ESS WPLN level 4 

• Complete PSLE and able to listen to speak, read and write simple English 

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended period compared to normal duration

Dress code: Shirt (long or short sleeve), Pant (No jeans), Block shoe. 

Only participants with 75% attendance will be eligible to sit for the examination.

Please be informed that only Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysian work permit holders are eligible to apply for the Security Officer Licence.
