About this Course
This course provides participants with knowledge and skills on hydraulic principles, components, circuit design and troubleshooting. The essential skills will enable the participants to deal with hydraulic problems systemically and effectively
Entry Requirements
Participants must have at least 1-year of practical or hydraulic system design experience or completed the Fundamental Hydraulic course conducted by ITE.
Content
- Working safety, principles and terminology in hydraulics
- ISO symbol and operating principles, constructional features of Hydraulic Reservoir and Fluid, Pump, Cylinder, Valves, Seals, Gauges and Filter
- Common hydraulic faults and troubleshooting techniques
- Interpret hydraulics circuit diagrams and graphical symbols
- Size and compute of hydraulic cylinder and pressure.
- Design of circuit with computer simulation tool
- Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulic circuit designs
- Service hydraulic application system and components

24 hours (8 sessions)
[Theory – 8 hours, Practical – 16 hours]
Certification
Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement upon attaining an attendance of at least 75%
