About this Course
This course is design for field engineers and technician who have a good basic knowledge of refrigerant cycle as applied to an airconditioning system and has a requirement to learn Mitsubishi Electric techniques and procedures which are applicable in the field when installing and commissioning a VRF system.
Who Should Attend
Air-conditioning maintenance technician, field engineers or energy conservation personnel.
Entry Requirements
Possess Nitec in Building Services Technology, Nitec in Facility Technology or its equivalent and relevant work experience in the HVAC industry

- Introduction to VRF technology
- Features and benefits fo the VRF system
- Application of VRF products to different designs and layout
- Detailed description of heat recovery system operation, including refrigerant flow diagrams
- Pipework and wiring specifications and installation procedures
- Basic commissioning, including system address, remote controller set up and refrigerant calculations
- System startup procedure and operation monitoring
- Basic system fault finding
- Introduction to City Multi design selection tool
