The Built environment includes an ability to provide creative solutions to challenging design and construction problems, and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. The programmes of study offered add on knowledge towards the higher level of studies that provides opportunity to advance to the diploma level education in built environment. This course meet the demands placed upon today’s building professional.

Professional Certificate in Built Environment 3 modules (lecture) with Exam:

• Statistics for Science & Engineering
  
• Construction Studies and Design 2
  
• Introduction to Global Environment
  

Assessment : Assignment 30% + Written Examination 70%

Entry Requirements :

• Certificate in Built Environment
  
• Lower Secondary
  
• Professional Certificate from any recognized institutions.
  
• Matured students, who have obtained other qualification, will be considered on an individual basis.
  
• Exceptions to the above will be assessed on a case by case basis by Academic Exam board members

Full Time : 3 months

Part Time : 4 months

Mode 

Full Time : Monday – Friday (3 hrs per day)

Part Time : Twice a week (3 hrs per day
