About this Course

In this lecture-style AutoCAD Civil 3D training session we will review the Quantity Take Off tools within Autodesk® AutoCAD® Civil 3D® and how users can calculate volumes, counts, areas, etc. Attendees will gain an understanding of the processes and best practices used when utilizing the QTO tools within Civil 3D for Civil 3D objects as well as AutoCAD primitives.

Upon completion of this AutoCAD Civil 3D training course, students will be familiarized with:

  • Sample Line Groups
  • Section Views
  • Section Volume Calculations
  • Pay Items

Prerequisites for this AutoCAD Civil 3D training course:

Fundamental experience with Civil 3D
