About this Course
This course covers the competency required to develop and plan sales and marketing activities on social media, as well as the competency required to manage a brand identity and characteristics, for an organisations products and services on social media. The course provides the fundamental concept of establishing social media marketing objectives for the organisations products and services, identifying the most appropriate social media marketing techniques to attract customers, and implement the social media marketing activities in line with agreed plans and budgets. The course also provides the fundamental concept of assessing and establishing the branding objectives of the products and services on social media and to manage the brand in a way to gain and maintain a strong foothold on social media.
