About this Course

The Essential Leadership Skills for Project Management (HFIS) course brings together techniques and best practices to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively and successfully manage the team in today's Project environment. This course aims to provide participants with a new way to manage people in an environment where human factor makes one of the most critical factors in determining the success of projects. It covers concepts and best practices with Class Exercise and Workshops that allow participants interact and share experiences with other team members.
