1. Prepare for organizational climate assessment
- Review organisational and people management/human capital plans and strategies to establish the scope of the organisational climate assessment and identify appropriate benchmarks
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine measures to gauge success of assessment to ensure buy-in and support from the organisation
- Select appropriate assessment methodology
2. Implement organization climate assessment
- Communicate assessment to target group to encourage open and honest feedback
- Conduct assessment with target group to gather data and feedback in accordance with timelines
- Monitor progress, completion and participation rates to ensure successful implementation
3. Analyse and interpret assessment results
- Evaluate collected data to identify areas requiring improvements or modifications
- Present analysis to management and make recommendations for improvement or modifications to improve results in the identified areas
- Review efficacy of process and lessons learned for the conduct of future organisational climate assessment
