Learning Outcomes

1. Prepare for organizational climate assessment

• Review organisational and people management/human capital plans and strategies to establish the scope of the organisational climate assessment and identify appropriate benchmarks
• Consult with key stakeholders to determine measures to gauge success of assessment to ensure buy-in and support from the organisation
• Select appropriate assessment methodology 

2. Implement organization climate assessment

• Communicate assessment to target group to encourage open and honest feedback
• Conduct assessment with target group to gather data and feedback in accordance with timelines
• Monitor progress, completion and participation rates to ensure successful implementation

3. Analyse and interpret assessment results

• Evaluate collected data to identify areas requiring improvements or modifications
• Present analysis to management and make recommendations for improvement or modifications to improve results in the identified areas
• Review efficacy of process and lessons learned for the conduct of future organisational climate assessment
