• Contextualise performance indicators for the learner’s company • Use metrics to diagnose a business problem • Calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) • Calculate operations metrics • Use system modeling, configuration, tracking and monitoring functions in the correct sequence • Use the Configuration functions of a MES to define machines and parts, and configure routes • Use the Work Order (WO) Execution function of a MES to generate WOs • Use the WO Execution function of a MES to dispatch WOs • Use the WO Execution function of a MES to track WOs & Work-in-process (WIP) • Use the Monitoring function of a MES to monitor WOs & machines • Use the Intelligent Track-and-Trace Engine (ITTE) Traceability module for production and material tracing
