About this Course

This is an Operations level unit of 2 credits.This course is developed for and in consultation with the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (S) Pte Ltd. This is an operations level competency requiring trainees to complete the module required in relation to their job roles. Trainees will develop the knowledge and skills to perform the tasks at the workplace. Selected trainees are experienced and have been with the company for some time.
