The sum of the contributions made by every member of an organisation will impact the results of an organisation. Individual peformances need to be managed to ensure that an organisation achieves optimal productivity from its employees in the face of increased and challenging competitiveness in the marketplace.

Managers, supervisors and those who have direct line responsibility over others often grapple with questions like: How do I motivate my subordinate? How do I set clear goals for my subordinate? What can I do to improve my subordinate's performance? How can I sustain the performance of my team?
