About this Course
This course provides delegates with an overview of the principles, methodologies and framework behind an Environmental Management System (EMS). The requirements and benefits of ISO 14001 will be systematically taught and discussed in this course. ISO 14001 helps organisations balance adverse environmental impacts versa business needs in order to create sustainable development.
The objective of this course is to equip delegates with the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding on how to develop and implement an EMS that is effectively and certifiable as ISO 14001. It is intended to ensure that the participants understand the core elements of ISO 14001, as well as financial and human resources needed to ensure its success.

Pre-requisite
It is desired that the delegates have prior knowledge on environmental issues as well as environmental statutory requirements. It is also preferable that delegates have attended the MS Essentials (EMS) Courses.
