About this Course

This course is a registered programme under International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA). It covers ISO 9001 requirements, and principles and methodology of conducting a QMS audit. 

The course meets part of the requirements for those seeking registration as a QMS Lead Auditor/Auditor under IRCA 2245.

This course aims to provide hands-on training to ensure that delegates thoroughly understands the role of a QMS lead auditor and acquires the expertise required to perform a QMS audit effectively. 

This course teaches the principles and practices of an effective process audits in accordance with ISO 19011.

Those who require an introduction to the ISO 9000:2008 family of standards, especially those involved in the design, implementation and management of a Quality Management System.

Pre-requisite

Delegates are required to be familiar with or trained in ISO 9001 standard through QMS development course. It is also preferable that delegates have attended any internal auditor training.
