About this Course

It is important for caregivers to be provided with skills that allow them to respond accordingly to the ever changing demands of a person with dementia.

• We provide training to enable caregivers to understand the nature of AD.
  
• We share strategies in dealing with AD including communication techniques, dealing with inappropriate behaviour.
  
• We cover specifics to manage hygiene, incontinence and nutrition.
  

Duration

Home based: 4 hours

Class based : 8 hours

Certification

All participants of our CTG courses will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion.

All of our trainers are Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurses.
