About this Course

This training provides basic skills in flat pattern drafting and operational sewing processes. With the basic knowledge in drafting and sewing participants can progress to making patterns and sewing tops and skirt. It covers sewing machines operations and sewing techniques for medium weight woven fabric. The drafting involved technical methods in construction of various kinds of skirts and tops. This unit is delivered through white board drafting, demonstration, quarter scale drafting, and hands-on sewing operations.
