About this Course

This unit addresses the knowledge and application skills required to translate global and/or regional human resource (HR) strategies, policies, and processes into a local context. It covers engaging with various HR leaders, collaborating with and engaging key stakeholders across various locations, developing local HR strategies, policies and processes which align with wider organisational objectives, developing an implementation plan to integrate developed HR practices and evaluating the approach and results of the integration.

 

1. Engage with global, regional and/or local HR leaders to understand, obtain and resource relevant information for the formulation of strategies, policies and processes.

2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business units to translate global and/or regional vision, values, strategies and processes into local organisation context.

3. Engage global and/or regional HR leaders and senior management to ensure alignment to contextualised HR strategies, polices, and processes.

4. Develop an implementation plan to integrate global and/or regional HR practices into the local organisation.

5. Evaluate integration approach and results to ensure effectiveness of integration
