• Review people management/human capital practices against tripartite guidelines for fair employment
• Analyse required changes to the current people management/human capital strategy and system to enhance fair employment practices
• Recommend enhancements to management, indicating rationale, costs and benefits for buy-in

2. Enhance fair employment practices

• Develop new people management/human capital tools to support implementation
• Roll-out implementation plan to ensure people management/human capital practices are in line with tripartite guidelines
• Monitor the progress of the enhancement process to ensure effective implementation

3. Communicate fair employment practices information

• Communicate enhanced practices to all employees to ensure support
• Facilitate training of line managers and other relevant employees in the use of fair employment people management/human capital tools
