About the course:

About the course: Handle security incidents and services so that they can perform their duties effectively and professionally Attain SOA for this competency unit with the aim of achieving the WSQ security: Certificate in Security Operations. 

Course Outline (SE SO 102C 1): 

•Contain Incidents of damage to facilities and equipment 

•Handle Fire related incidents 

•Handle suspicious behaviour and crime related incidents 

•Handle medical or first aid related incidents 

•Handle bomb or IED Threat incidents 

•Search, Apprehend and Arrest Suspect 

•Giving Evidence in Court

Dress code: Shirt (long or short sleeve), Pant (No jeans), Block shoe. 

Please note that we will contact the trainees via email or phone to collect the feedback after the course completion

Entry Requirements:

Have attained competency in Provide Guard and Patrol Services.

Assumed Skills & Knowledge:

• Have at least a primary educational qualification, Able to listen and speak in English at ESS level 4, Able to read and write in English at ESS level 4 

Only participants with 75% attendance will be eligible to sit for the examination

Please be informed that only Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysian work permit holders are eligible to apply for the Security Officer Licence
