Handle security incidents and services so that they can perform their duties effectively and professionally Attain SOA for this competency unit with the aim of achieving the WSQ security: Certificate in Security Operations. Course Outline (SE SO 102C 1): • Contain Incidents of damage to facilities and equipment • Handle Fire related incidents • Handle suspicious behaviour and crime related incidents • Handle medical or first aid related incidents • Handle bomb or IED Threat incidents • Search, Apprehend and Arrest Suspect • Giving Evidence in Court Dress code: Shirt (long or short sleeve), Pant (No jeans), Block shoe.
