This course is to train personnel to operate the explosive powered tools in a proper, correct and Safe manner.Passing Criteria

Written & Assessment 60 %


Legal Requirement:

Factories (Explosive Powered Tools) Regulations 1994

To control the use of explosive powered tools, on 1st June 1995, the Ministry of Manpower Put into effect the Factories (Explosive Powered Tools) Regulations 1994. This course is designed and targeted at helping factory occupiers to comply with the Regulations.


Entry Requirements:

 Assumed skills and Knowledge: • ESS WPLN Level 4 or equivalent •Trainees must not be vision handicapped which includes colour blindness 

Must wear Safety Shoes during Practical session.
