Course Outcome

Upon completion of this programme, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the principles, skills and techniques learnt to organise an event
  • Plan an event from conceptualisation to implementation
  • Generate new ideas to create event themes
  • Develop a comprehensive budget
  • Understand the intricacies involved in planning an event
  • Appreciate the logistic details required in operations
  • Be more aware of the pitfalls of organising an event
  • Will also equip participants (Executive Administrative staff who come from schools and HQ) with the skills to prepare for events such as ‘Family Day’, ‘Dinner & Dance’, ‘School Speech Day’, ‘Sports Day’, “Staff Recreation Day”, mass lectures, conferences, concerts, etc.
