About this Course

Being in a supervisory role creates a whole new set of challenges for the individual. Supervisors, team leaders and new managers need to build a new set of non-technical skills to add to their current expertise in order get the best out of their people. They have to be equipped with a set of skills and best practices that will ensure that they get the best performance from their staff in a confident and competent manner.

The one-day training provides participants with the essential people supervisory skill sets to enhance their competency as supervisors, and help them achieve greater personal and organisational productivity through the effective management of people.

Methodology

Games, discussion groups, role plays, practical exercises and presentations will be used to enhance learning and encourage participation.
