About this Course

On completion of this unit, learner will have the knowledge and application skills on different types of braking and loads on a motor, improving motor efficiency and power, different control techniques of starting a motor, controlling voltage and frequency and the role of different sensors in relation to motor operation as well as troubleshooting techniques and various causes of motor failure and preventive measures that can be taken in order to protect motors.
