About this Course

This unit addresses the skills and knowledge required to enable organisational capability through the development and enhancement of people's competency in the organisation. This unit includes clarifying and aligning strategies, providing strategic advice to senior management, developing a capability framework and leading the development of people capability and alignment of human resource processes and systems to ensure contribution to overall business strategy.

 

1. Clarify and align strategies to build organisational workforce capability in consultation with relevant stakeholders

2. Provide strategic advice to senior management in creating an organisation structure that builds organisational workforce capability

3. Develop a workforce capability framework to identify the capabilities required for present and future organisational needs

4. Lead the development of people capability to enhance the workforce competencies

5. Lead the alignment of human resource (HR) processes and systems to enable organisational readiness for learning and development
