1. Define executive job roles and perfornance indicators

  • Review organisation’s strategies and core business to identify requirements of executive job roles
  • Define executive job roles’ key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with short and long term organisation goals
  • Develop an understanding of individuals motivations, desires and goals to ensure alignment between organisation and individual needs

2. Design and develop executive compensation programme

  • Compare requirements and specifications of executive compensation programme against benchmarks
  • Establish details of executive compensation programme in accordance with organisation’s remuneration philosophy
  • Communicate the executive compensation programme to key stakeholders to obtain support

3. Evaluate effectiveness of executive compensation programme

  • Identify criteria to evaluate the performance of executive compensation programme
  • Support the development of processes and systems to gather measurement data and feedback including reporting criteria and timelines
