About this Course

This unit addresses the skills and knowledge toreview organisational learning requirements anddesign approaches to address learning needs. Itincludes developing organisational learningroadmap, selecting appropriate methods to meetlearning needs, determining the appropriatelearning interventions, evaluating learninginterventions and refining learning interventionsso that they meet organisational and individualneeds.

1. Develop an organisational learning roadmap to address learning needs

2. Select appropriate methods of delivery to meet identified learning objectives

3. Determine appropriate learning interventions that address learning needs and organisational requirements

4. Evaluate learning interventions to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

5. Refine the learning interventions to enable continuous improvement in learning and development programmes
