This unit addresses the skills and knowledge todevelop a framework to resolve organisationalconflict, grievances and disputes. It includesdeveloping a conflict management framework,consulting key stakeholders and reviewing theconflict management framework to maintain orenhance positive employee relations.
1. Develop a framework for managing conflict, grievances and disputes, taking into consideration organisation’s context and legal, ethical and socio-cultural considerations relating to conflict, grievance and dispute resolutions.
2. Consult key stakeholders to obtain buy-in on the framework and ensure alignment to organisation objectives.
3. Review framework for managing conflict, grievances and disputes to maintain or enhance positive employee relations
