Design Thinking Masterclass for Innovative Business Leaders

About this Course

What makes a great leader today?

Over the last decade, many studies have been conducted and one in particular was conducted where 4,000 companies were asked the question about the effectiveness of their leadership development programs. More than fifty percent of the companies cited significant talent gaps for critical leadership roles. That means that more than half the companies had failed to grow enough great leaders. Why are the leadership gaps widening when there's so much more investment in leadership development? And what are the great leaders doing distinctly different to thrive and grow?

The 21st-century world is more global, digitally connected with lightning speeds of information exchange, and where almost everything gets done with some kind of a complex framework. Leadership in this 21st century is defined by three questions:

First question: Where are you looking to anticipate the next change to your business model or your life? Great leaders see around corners, shape their future, instead of just react to it.

Second question: What is the diversity measure of your personal and professional stakeholder network? Great leaders are able to leverage on this diverse network by applying the power of co-creation, which is the secret to how to think out-of-the-box.

Third question: Are you courageous enough to abandon a practice that has made you successful in the past? But if you do not agree with this advice, chances are you're going to keep doing the same and stay in your comfortable zone. Great leaders have the audacity to be different. They are often people that think differently and therefore are willing to join you in taking a courageous leap.

However, the real question is how do you know where to look to anticipate the next change? How do you use the power of Co-creation on your diverse network? How do you think differently?
