Objectives

This course will enable participants to converse using simple sentences in Mandarin.

1. provide opportunities to communicate with friends of a different race

2. understand and appreciate different cultures

3. build cohesion among different races

Course Outline

1. Pronunciation – Revision of Hanyu Pinyin

2. Building a repertoire of new Vocabulary

3. Sentence Structure – construct longer phrases to handle exchanges with sufficient ease

4. Communication at work, home, social functions

5. Conversation and Dialogue

6. Practical, Role Playing & Language Games

Course Duration

2 Sessions * 8hrs (9am – 5pm) = 16hrs
