About this Course

This 8-day competency-based HR certification program covers the Human Resource Strategies and qualifies participants as a Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) upon successful completion.

The course delves deeper into the Human Resource arena, covering topics such as HR strategies, HR policies and HR compliance updates.

During this course, participants will also enhance their competencies on managing performance, development and compensation of a diverse and multi-generational workforce.

Designation

The names of all our Certified Human Resource Managers™ will be listed on HRSINGAPORE's corporate website.

Who should attend

This course is intended/suitable for Senior HR Executives, Assistant HR Managers, HR Managers/HR Generalists with at least 5 years of HR managerial experience or at least 3 years of HR managerial experience with HRSINGAPORE's Certified Human Resource Administrator (CHRA) qualification.

It is also intended for individuals (of admin, finance, accounting, legal, IT background) who are tasked in managing the full human resource function of their companies for at least 7 years and above (applicants will be assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Duration:

Time 9am - 5pm (Refreshment: Buffet lunch, tea, coffee and snacks will be served)
