Topics include the design of lighting, power and electrical distribution systems, sizing of cables and circuit protective systems with compliance to the statutory requirements. Intelligent Building Systems This module aims to provide the students with knowledge in the design, applications, installation and operation of intelligent building systems, such building automation, security and access, and structural cabling systems. Topics include theories of control, understanding of digital electronics and logics, sizing and design digital control systems, and data network in buildings.
