About this Course

The main objective of this course is to increase participants’ confidence in basic spoken English. Participants will learn to understand and use basic words for everyday tasks such as reading simple menus/recipes, identifying household equipment and appliances as well as conversing in English in a domestic setting.

Course Content: 

• Learn and use basic English vocabulary.
• Learn basic English grammar.
• Develop confidence in speaking and pronunciation.
• Be able to understand and read simple English.
• Become more confident in using basic English.

Target Audience: Foreign Domestic Workers and foreigners who wish to improve their conversational English.

Course Duration: 16 hours (4 sessions of 4 hours each)
