About this Course

The Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is a 8-hour course designed to teach the skills of CPR for both adult and infant collapsed victims. Participants will also be taught the essential skills of how to relief an obstructed airway for both adult and infant victims. The course comprises of the following compulsory modules: Module 1 : One-rescuer CPR Module 2 : Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction Module 3 : Infant CPR Module 4 : Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction Optional module of Assisted Breathing with Bag Valve Mask (BVM) will be taught for participants who are looking to apply the knowledge in a clinical setting.
