About this Course
This course is developed for and in conjunction with Singapore Cruise Centre staff only. This is an Operations level SOA requiring students to complete 2 Competency Units (2 Elective Units). Students will gain knowledge and become competent in skills from a number of highly-developed operational skills specific to the Tour and Travel services industry.
