About this Course

On completion of this Competency Unit (CU), learner will have the knowledge and skills in performing basic aircraft safety practices and documentation at the workplace. Summary of the Competency Elements covered: Practise environmental, health and general safety at workplace Practise 5S Apply trade practices in appropriate use of basic tools and equipment Identify and use appropriate aircraft hardware and materials Check and sign aircraft documentation in compliance with airworthiness requirements
