Course Overview:

  • Identify the various Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) legislations / codes of practice /approved codes of practice / Singapore standards applicable to WAH
  • Conduct risk assessment on safety & health hazards and implement preventive measures related to working at height
  • Identify, use and care for the various fall arrest systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement a Fall Protection Plan

Course Outline:

Topic 1: WSH Legislations and References related to WAH

Topic 2: Risk Assessment on Safety & Health Hazards & Implement Preventive Measures related to WAH

Topic 3: Fall Prevention Systems & Equipment Principles of Fall Protection

Topic 4: Fall Preventive Plan

  • Target Audience:

Foremen and supervisors who need to ensure the adherence of safety regulations for all construction works in the industry.

Theory Lesson: 1:20

Practical Lesson: 1:10

12 hours (Include 1 Hour of Practical Assessment & 2 Hours of Theory Assessment)
