Creativity is the fuel of innovation. Both creativity and innovation are the key factors that boost company’s competitive edge. For the company to effectively unlock creativity, it has to provide the engagement and environment conducive for idea generation and realisation.
Companies need to keep growing and remain profitable, it has to continuously encourage and provide an environment to foster employee creativity and innovation. Methodology
To enhance learning effectiveness, multimedia presentation will be used to introduce topics and underpin the key messages. Participants will have ample opportunities to practice individual and group creativity tools and techniques through experiential learning activities, interactive group discussions and brainstorming to share thoughts and ideas and experiences. It is a highly hands-on workshop with a series of creativity oriented learning activities.
